Moments...

This blog is completely random....
Last night Grandpa shared his apple juice with Tylor....he drank nearly half the glass.  And then went back later for Grandma's water.
Christy, Thanks again for the Johnny Jump Up.  We love it!!! Tylor hung out in the shop while I finished up some projects and started some new ones.  He was pretty content for the most part.
I met up with my friend Debbie the other day.  She drives school bus and dresses up a lot to entertain the children.  She had these glasses from one of her costumes that Tylor played with while we talked. Although he looks studious he is actually trying to take the glasses off.

This is a sad picture.  Our puppy Sam died.  We think she got hit.  She spent a couple of days in our house before she died.  She looked a bit like she might recover....she would drink for Matt.  Anytime I offered her water or food she looked at me like I was stupid.  She was 100% Matt's dog but at least she humored me.  She was a really good dog and I was looking forward to our little guy being able to play with her.  She was soooooo good with him.
The other night Grandpa got an ice cream bar out of the freezer.  As he opened it the plastic it made a crinkle noise...Tylor nearly jumped off my lap, motored across the living room to Grandpa's chair.  When Grandpa didn't immediately drop his chair and pick Tylor up.  Tylor started bawling.  Grandpa picked him up and shared his ice cream.  I think he ate half of it.  Fancy that his two name sakes love/d ice cream!!!
A couple weeks ago one of the little boys I babysit celebrated his 2nd birthday.  They had party hats for the little ones  The first time I put it on him I accidentally flipped him with the elastic...it was sad!  But he was a sport and let me put it on him again and get this cute picture.
I was making truffle filling for cookies the other day and handed him the chocolate chips to entertain him for a bit and he started chewing on it.

Chore buddy!  Since Matt has been laid up with his knee Tylor and I have been feeding the chickens and Sam and bringing in wood.  I put him in our little backpack carrier and away we go.  He looooves LOVES being outside.
If you look closely you'll notice a beard.  He found a piece of Matt's leather the other day and sucked on it and got little fibers on his face.
Grandpa sharing his Kool-aid.

My boy loves to play with blinds!
I took this the other morning, We had pulled up the blinds so he wouldn't play with them.  So he just starred out the window.
This is the cage or the UFC cage or the Corral depending on who you ask.  I love this thing.  I could leave him in it with toys and he would play long enough that I could get something done.
However we soon out grew it and he would peek out of it at me like this!   I now use it to keep him from our wood burning stove.

I mentioned in an earlier post I mentioned we have a climber on our hands. Here is your proof.  Oh and on Saturday he climbed Grandma and Grandpa's stairs 3 times.
Matt has been going for physical therapy once a week since his surgery.  We had a dead battery one day and while we were waiting for a jump our little monkey climbed on the steering wheel.
Captain Wiggle Pants!  This picture is totally silly but one morning I gave Tylor the Cool Whip container and a nasal aspirator to play with.  He was waving the aspirator like a band leader.
If I can get my videos converted I have one of these two playing.

I had more pictures of this but they got lost in translation.  One of Tylor's favorite past times was opening and closing the wipes case.  I had left him to entertain himself with it one morning when I returned he had pulled several wipes from the case and scattered them on the bed.

This is the best picture I have of Tylor and Great Grandma Betty.  I need to work on that.
A good friend from Georgia was in Salt Lake visiting my sister and we went down to see her.  Tylor fell asleep like this.  Isn't he precious?
I took this picture shortly before we found out Tylor had his first ear infection.  We had a particularly rough night.
Playing with Dad turning the lights on and off.
Trying pancakes for the first time.  He loved them!
I love Matt's expression in this picture.  If you study it carefully you will see that this is a teaching moment.  Matt is telling Tylor about the burner his is building.

He had flipped his music table over all by himself and as you can see was quite pleased with himself.
My baby finally graduated to a crib!
 Love this little guy!!!
