Sorry about the blurry picture. I had to hurry he had done this once earlier in the day and I had missed it entirely.
Here's the story. I let Tylor loose in our house this week. And lets just say we have a much happier boy and a much happier momma. He can roam the house and I can clean it...well part of it. Like do the dishes while he unearths the dvds from their shelf, ect. I love it because he's so curious and so busy. He was exploring the kitchen and one end of the bench at our kitchen table was far enough from the table that he could easily get under the table the other end of the bench was not so easy to maneuver around so he tried to go under. His initial attempts were met with frustration thus the picture above. He's crying out of frustration with his head on the floor. He cried for a moment and then realized I wasn't coming to his rescue.
And so he tried again. Grunting, crying and moaning he slowly....
wiggled...
himself free! ( Do you see the look of relief on his face.)
And satisfaction of freeing himself...At this point he also spotted me across the room and started growling.
and opening his mouth....it's his new thing. Opening his mouth when he get excited. Opening his mouth when he growls. It's been cracking me up.
Do you see how fierce my little tiger is? Have I mentioned I love his growl? If you growl at him he growls back. If he growls and you growl he will growl back. I love it!
Yesterday we had a similar triumphal experience. I was in his room tidying things so Matt and his dad could come put Tylor's crib up and I hear this awful cry from the living room where Tylor had been playing. I run to investigate. From the kitchen I could see he was playing with this car ramp thing that he had gotten for Christmas. As I got closer I could see he had his hand between a couple of the ramps. I began to wonder if he had somehow gotten pinched or if his hand was stuck. When I reached him he pulled a ring of keys from the ramps and let out a growl. I couldn't help but let out a little laugh!
Today he was a bit fussy before lunch and I could figure out what was the matter. He would crawl on my lap and as I checked him over and went through the basics(feed, clean diaper, sleepy) I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I looked away for what seemed like a second and when I looked back at him he was pulling his pants off! And was content as could be when they were off. In fact he then tried to climb Grandpa Johnson's sub woofer (more about climbing later..hopefully.)
